  I am extremely satisfied with the customer service Daryl and his agency has offered me. My questions are answered quickly and effectively. When there is an issue he takes the time to handle it and fix the situation. I am extremely grateful for the help and guidance him and the agents at State Farm have provided my during my last hit and run. I had no clue what to do and was overwhelmed. They made it easy for me to understand what i had to do and made themselves available when i needed them. By far the greatest customer service i have dealt with. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

  Initially, we were quite happy with Daryl and his team. I carried our auto policies, homeowners policy, and my business policy all through this local State Farm agent office. Unfortunately, over the last 12 months, it seems as though we kept having issues with the automatic billing (and a few other minor issues). Every time we called in it would take 3-4+ phone calls to resolve, but then a new issue would pop up a few weeks later and start the cycle over again. They don't respond timely to requests by phone, email or via the 24-hour service center requests. Even today, we're calling to cancel our policy (as we moved over all the policies to another agency and saved more than $2100 annually) but no one is available to answer the phone for the last 90+ minutes.
