  I sold my business last September, and referred United Merchant Service to the new buyer, just to give this business to my sales person. The sales person thanked me for the referral. But he did not close my account after the business sale, and UMS kept charging me for monthly fees. In January, UMS withdrew $500 from my bank account, and they said that this is because I had not returned the credit card machine. I left a message with rental department and asked the sales man to call me back. They are not calling me back. This is a big nuisance, to no longer trust the company who has access to my bank account. Stay away from this company.

  I have been using this service for more than two years. Their service is not extremely good but the price is reasonable. Recently their ticketing service has been serving so it's very convenience to reach out to their customer service and get back a feedback rapidly.
